The benefits that I have enjoyed the most so far are that it allows me to control all of my inventory, track jobs and keep costs in check. Also, I really like the fact that this service provides real time status updates for our customers. There were several problems at first, but everything seemed to work out once again. Just try it and you'll see what a valuable tool it can be! It has allowed us to not only reduce stock keeping unit (SKU) count, but has helped us achieve positive profit margins. The ability to track all assets throughout the system. It makes it easy for our customers to have access to the information they need to know what's going on with their fleets. I wish we could keep better records of things like fuel consumption. We've had issues keeping track of that information, but that has been remedied by adding the software to our inventory management system. It has made tracking and recording all aspects of our vehicles' operation easier.
