I ordered this as a maternity dress. I'm 5'4, currently 135-140lbs and 7.5 months pregnant. I ordered the small, which is the smallest size available as I write this. I hoped it wouldn't be too tight, but it's not at all. In fact I was able to put this dress on easily without even unzipping it.I like the dress a lot, but unfortunately the smallest size is still too big, even as a heavily pregnant woman. It's very stretchy and forgiving, so I would say if you are normally a medium you could fit into a small. If you're normally a small, then this dress will be too big for you.
