The software is very good at what it does, easy-to understand documentation with clear definitions of terms that are useful to have in my pocket when I need them for new clients or existing ones! There's not much about this product we don't like - nothing really stands out as negative aside from maybe an interface design choice which isn't necessarily bad but might just be more suited towards our business needs than others' expectations (maybe). However there was also no real issue coming up during testing nor did many users give us feedback after implementation until several years later so perhaps they do work well together? We've used various other versions before including some customised solutions by another consultancy who left their version behind too late/wasn’t updated regularly enough meaning updates weren‘y available quickly causing problems down stream e.g., customer support queries didn"T get resolved fast since these were using old code etc..
