I see many complaints that they don't stick well. The secret to how this or any other DexCom patch lasts 10 days is the use of SkinTac. I swim 35-60 minutes 7 days a week and often spend hours snorkeling in the ocean and these spots hold up great. It is important to cover the entire skin area where the patch will be applied with the SkinTac. On rare occasions I get an edge that starts to unravel after I apply a little SkinTac to the torn area and let it dry for a few minutes and the patch is safe and ready to use. I like the strip that goes over the transmitter because it provides extra security so I don't lose the transmitter in the water. These are great patches if you properly prep your skin with SkinTac.
