The strap broke inside the device
I liked the look but after about a week of wearing the black camouflage strap broke inside the Fitbit. The device fell to the ground and I spent about 30 minutes digging out the broken part without damaging my new Fitbit. Heated the needle and inserted it into the stuck broken piece of plastic until I could dislodge it. Luckily no permanent damage!
