On fair skin with pink undertones, tone 21 is a bit yellowish. It adjusts, in the summer it goes well for a light tan, but I would like to have a lighter tone for other seasons. The finish is beautiful, as always with the Koreans - shining, but in moderation. It is practically not felt on the face, it can emphasize peeling, so it is better to moisturize dry skin first. Something worthwhile, in my opinion.
