I love everything. There's nothing to dislike. I have found this to be more efficient than other software options in the marketplace and have been able to use it in other ways to streamline the process of conducting meetings and creating presentations. When adding a new person or group, it does take a while to get them on the list. If you have a large group in your organization, it does get a little tedious to keep adding to the list. I wish there was a way to send a link to an email invite to new users, but that's a minor inconvenience. The overall process of communicating has been streamlined to help us better organize our events. The ability to have multiple people in the same call, as well as different locations. I like that it is easy to use and has a lot of features. It is helpful to be able to hear everyone in the room at once, which helps when you are trying to make decisions about something. There really isn't anything I dislike about this system. You can easily see who is participating in the conference call and what they are saying. This makes it easy for me to stay on track with my business goals.
