When I called NewAir to complain about the unit not keeping the beer cold, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement unit. They were very professional. After 3 months with the replacement of the block, it failed again. In the first month everything is fine, the temperature is 37-39 degrees. After 30 days, the lowest temperature you can reach is 45-47 degrees. I've tried different amounts of beer in the machine and nothing changes. I just can't get it below 45 degrees. The second device arrived damaged in transit, but I kept it anyway. I will not ask for a replacement and there is $300 I paid for it. Just returning such a large unit is difficult. If cold beer is important to you, this device will not work.
