Not waterproof at all.

As soon as I received it I took it spearfishing. I was about to turn on the camera for the first time and noticed that there was already water in the case, it came through the top button. The GoPro I have has a cracked door covering the charging port so I bought a case, good thing water got in there and it took a couple of days to make sure there was no moisture in it before charging again became.
