I'm sure every car vent is different, but every little bump in the road or sharp turn around a corner this thing pops out of the vent it was attached to. It has an ambidextrous clip that depends on the size of your vehicle's air vent, but will NOT work on 2015-2019 Ford F-150. My only other complaint about this thing is that the motion sensors are constantly checking for it when your phone isn't in it, so it's constantly opening and closing, looking for your phone. Pressing one of the buttons sometimes helps stop it, but not always.
