The most important thing that I like about this software is it's speed. It saves me from doing all my recruitment tasks manually, which i used to do before. I can get all the required data within minutes. Also, there are some filters available where I can easily filter out all those candidates who don't fit into my profile. The UI isn't as pleasing to look at as other similar software products. I don't like the font used for displaying the information to employees. I also dislike the font used in notifications. The fonts should be changed because they're too small and difficult to read. Make sure you have the appropriate font if you want your employees to read everything easily. We are solving our data collection issues by using this software. The time taken to collect resumes, check them and upload resumes to the system has now reduced dramatically. We are using Talent torrent as our recruitment platform for our entire organization. It's very easy to use, has all the features we need, is highly customizable, and also comes with great support. The price is not cheap, but it's worth the investment considering how helpful the tool is when looking for candidates. We have been able to find a candidate who fit our needs in no time at all.
