I'm tired of buying Xbox One controllers! Why are they all of poor quality? If I pay over $40 for a controller I want it to last over a year. Keep quality control under control or some of your customers will start ripping you off. The controller feels great in the hand and initially does its job, but after a few months the buttons no longer work. Extremely disappointing after looking through some of this expensive hardware. I want Microsoft to rate this product for quality literally throwing it away. Imagine spending over $40 on one of those disposable cameras we bought as kids. Only this device is REQUIRED for daily use of the genuine product. Such a shame. I am very careful with my electronic devices. I don't drop them, drop them or smash them too hard, why are the main controls just not working as intended anymore? I realize this is a long winded tirade, but I can't keep pouring money into such useless nonsense. Please do it right Microsoft. You owe me three controllers.
