Do not buy this case for Cricut Maker. This is not a suitable case for the Cricut Maker. The housing dimensions for this part are 10mm shorter than the original housings shipped for the Cricut Maker. Knife blades are NOT deep cutting blades. These are standard knife blades that have a 45 degree angle. Cricut Deep Cut blades are 1.7 mm from the base of the blade's cutting angle to the blade tip and are angled at 60 degrees. I don't know what these cases are for, but again, they are not for the Cricut Maker and are not for Cricut Deep Cut Knife Blades. I think the replacement blades that come with this unit are probably only for standard (20lb max) reeds. Don't waste your time and money with this product.
