My experience with TownStix was one that was fraught with frustration at every turn. Both the merchandise and the customer service were of low quality, and the customer service was unhelpful. The website was difficult to understand, and the process of checking out was a complete nightmare. The things that were sent to me were not only incomplete but also damaged when they arrived. In general, if someone were to ask me for advice on where to buy dependable and high-quality workplace and school supplies, I would not recommend TownStix. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
