Simple tool which was quick & affordable option
The ability to easily create surveys for my team members and share those with other teams within our organization helped me get up and running quickly without having to spend hours writing code or learning new tools. I would like to be able to have more granular control over what is displayed when someone accesses their survey results but it's not something that you can do yourself from within your orgnaization. If you're looking for flexibility in how people view data and don't want to invest time creating custom dashboards - this product does exactly that! It has been very easy to customize reports using SurveyMonkey templates so all users see identical views of the same information and there hasn't been any downtime associated with implementation either.

- Surveys are great at keeping employees engaged throughout an onboarding process because they provide valuable feedback which helps managers understand where improvements could help them most as well liked by peers through peer recognition features.
