I am very upset, the product is no good.

The supporting framework appears to be made of Chinese rawhide, a soft metal. In the speedy office supply store, I paid 16k for this chair at a discount. In a nutshell, the chair's frame is unfinished and the steel is flimsy. After I complained, the retailer promptly provided me with a free replacement rolling mechanism. Herculean strength was required to dismantle this device from the gas lift's central stem. To prevent additional arching, P. S. fortified the connection between the back of the chair and the wheels. Play in the sleeve and a falling gas lift characterize the.2nd claim. They even offered a free replacement, but it made no difference. I was very dissatisfied with the product. It's a chair that resembles a stool.

Pros
  • Mesh, great for long periods of sitting; no sweating; no numbness in the legs; back and seat are separate. Multiple anatomical adjustments, including a headrest and lumbar support
Cons
  • When you lock the rolling mechanism in a vertical position, you no longer sit up straight but rather lean back somewhat because the metal is bent at the point where the backrest is joined to the rolling mechanism. But it looks like the 100 pounds I weigh is to blame. Although it appears that the rolling lock mechanism does work for additional "folded" positions, the chair's rolling mechanism has broken and something clicked inside (something is a plastic position lock, plastic!). (the rolling mechanism was replaced due to complaints) - backlash due to the rolling mechanism rather than a direct connection to the seat. The gas lift was changed after only a year of use due to complaints that it was too slow and would not hold at higher altitudes. When the gas lift is fully inflated, sitting in it makes you feel like you're perched on the mast of the ship when it pitches. This is because a frustrating backlash has developed in the centering plastic sleeve of the gas lift rod. (the gas lift was repaired, however the issue persisted after being fixed) Although they can be adjusted to a comfortable position, the armrests jangle noisily when they swing. Because of the flaws in the chair's construction, there is no knock-down and solidity; rather, everything dangles and backlashes.
