The water balloons do exactly what they're supposed to and they certainly feel soft, cool and sensorially stimulating. But, DISCLAIMER, if used or spilled on concrete they will dry out/soak up all the water around them and then stick to it. In other words, I can't pick them up without hosing them down, and now I have little colorful jelly-like bits in my garden. My son is 20 months old and definitely loves to play with them but as he is young, he wanted to throw them everywhere and on the floor.
