I was so happy when I received this set but the excitement didn't last long. Received the package 2 days ago, fast delivery and everything great. Drop a lock so my daughter can take her to the gym yesterday. She couldn't use it, but this morning I just wanted to see how the lock works. It didn't respond to the combination I set - the open button is just dead in one position. I tried resetting - the reset button didn't bend either, like it was stuck. Oops, unexpected. So I didn't even bother with another lock, today there is a return. I'm just glad it happened in my arms and not in the gym in the locker room, it would have been a lot worse then. I bought this set because the reviews were good and I needed two locks. I have yet to share my experience. Maybe the lock was broken, who knows, but I don't dare buy it again.
