Review of Loveivy: Beautiful Jewelry, Poor Customer Service

Loveivy has a stunning selection of jewelry, but I haven't had the best experiences with their customer support. A charm was missing from the chain I ordered for my daughter's birthday when it was delivered. I contacted Loveivy's customer service department in the hopes of receiving a prompt response. Their customer support, however, struck me as unresponsive and unhelpful. It was frustrating and time-consuming to send numerous emails and make numerous phone calls before receiving an answer. The staff member I spoke with when I finally got an answer was impolite and unprofessional. They offered little guidance on how to obtain a replacement for the lost charm and appeared disinterested in assisting me. The problem wasn't fixed for more than two weeks, which was much longer than I had anticipated. Although I value the high caliber jewelry pieces that Loveivy offers, my interaction with the company's unsatisfactory customer service left me with a bad flavor in my mouth. It's unfortunate that poor customer service detracts from such a lovely selection of jewelry. Finally, I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing at Loveivy to think it over carefully. Although their products are gorgeous, I'm hesitant to suggest them due to the poor customer care I received. Be ready to deal with slow and unresponsive customer support if you choose to shop at Loveivy.
