Bought this for my broken foot and ankle. This kept my foot in place all night and prevented my ankle from twisting. The lining was light enough not to hurt the toe where it broke. And it's very easy. However, if you're planning on using it for a while (I've been using it for 4 months now), I'd find something better. Velcro is not the best. I would say it stays together about 85% of the time. and it gets worse over time. Initially, the padding was great for the base of my foot. But he lost his fluffiness. The plastic bone on the boot fell apart after 4 months of continuous use. Doesn't keep leg and ankle stable. All in all I would recommend these boots if you are only going to wear them for a short time. If you plan on wearing them for more than 2 months I would find something better.
