I wanted this product as a beaded and quilted bedspread. The colors weren't nearly as vivid in person. This is printed fabric, not patchwork. The feel is very hard and not at all soft, pliable or comfortable. The seam is quite wide and tears easily. The fabric itself is pejoratively thin and torn/brittle. She is easy. I'm sure it will soften a bit with washing, although I think even washing with salt will quickly fade it. I would never dry it. I try to come up with something nice too, but if you're looking for a lightweight blanket that you don't have to change after 6 months, then this isn't your blanket. I really wanted to like this blanket, but neither the workmanship nor the quality of the fabric.
