I love this shower head. Good balance of volume and pressure. Many claim "high blood pressure," but that's only part of the equation. Any showerhead can restrict holes enough to create high pressure, but it's like having tiny needles stuck in them. There is no volume, meaning there is not enough water flowing through the head. Unfortunately, it's not magic and there's only so much you can do in a home with low water pressure/volume. That means if you try to go for a large diameter rain shower head, you just can't pull enough water AND get a good quick pressure. So that's the beauty of this shower head! They found the largest spray pattern that still gives good print. It's not a very large pattern, but I think it's about as big as you can get with a volume/pressure balance. It has fantastic atomization with no holes like many that have an outer ring of nozzles but nothing in the middle or vice versa. It has an even, dense spray pattern that delivers plenty of water (volume) while still offering good jet stiffness (pressure). But no needles, just a good peppy shower! Highly recommended
