I have trouble sleeping and use this at night for Audible. It's very comfortable and the speakers do not hurt my ears- you do have to get them in the right placement. The fabric is comfortable, thin and a bit stretchy. I've tried wired earphones and tired of that tangled mess, wireless buds are too thick and only last a few hours. This works great for me definitely recommend. I do wish is wasn't quite so wide, I have a small head lol
