This top is soft and thin and stretchy. It’s thin enough to wear as a base layer without adding bulk but definitely opaque enough to wear on its own. Very versatile- i have worn this as a base layer for kayaking and hiking. I wear it under a sweatshirt or dressed up to go out. It’s perfect for fall where you just want a light layer for warmth but don’t want the bulk of a scarf or a long-sleeve top.
