Pretty cheap for a skinny older cat that we feed a few cans a day. Add water and some Pet Gravy that I bought here at Revain. The cat loves liquid and 9Live's Godfather has lots of gravy, which the cat appreciates. We are considering feeding and giving our cats (five between my parents (above) and me (below)) canned food as regular food and dry food as supplement food and this would be an affordable way to do it. I've read that you can make your own pet food and I loved that a vet said that canned food is still much better than dry food if you can't make your own food (which requires additional supplements like bone meal). I would love to make my own and freeze it in cat-sized portions (no, not cat-sized ;)), but I love feeding this food to cats and they'll be more than happy to take it. :)
