I bought these for my 3 year old daughter. I wanted something she could put on and take off, it wasn't velcro. They are gorgeous and after only wearing them a few times they have loosened up enough that she can put them on and take them off herself. I'm not the size and the fit was good. Maybe each one is a bit bigger but they fit great and she has a bit of room to grow but not so much that they slip off her feet. She loves them and complained that they only hurt her legs the first time she put them on. Since then she has had no more problems.
