We are using this product to send out emails via our website contact form that contain multiple attachments (word docs).

This allows us not only keep all of those files in one place but it also saves time for users who need access them as we can just email these links directly from within an eMail instead than having another file saved locally somewhere else first then sending over again! I have no dislikes at present - however if you do please let me know so i may help find any fixes/solutions myself :o).
