My clothing size is XL so I picked a 2x it's still very tight. But it will loosen the more you wear it.Update! So I been wearing this for a while and i will say I don't think this works. It does make you sweat. After wearing it for a while it become stretched out and slides and buckles on you. If you do purchase get the one with double straps cause the one only helps secure in the middle of your waist while everything else bulge out.
