5 stars for functionality but 1 star for durability and safety. I love how this little steamer works, but it doesn't last long - the plug breaks easily and can overheat. I have bought 4 of these vaporizers and will probably buy another one because they are so convenient to use. It's great for quick touch-ups to smooth out those pesky creases in clothing - heats up quickly, can cushion an entire outfit, and is lightweight even when filled with water. Would benefit from a switch but remember to turn it off each time you're done. Unfortunately the ground pin on the plug breaks easily with regular use and this has happened to 3 out of 4 vapers. I'm not picky about forks and haven't broken any others. I use the hair dryer in the same outlet more often (daily) with no problems with the plug. For the latest steamer (pictured), I've switched from an outlet to a plug extension to allow for an even cleaner extraction, just in the unlikely event that there's a problem with the outlet. Despite special care, this one also broke. The second steamer I bought didn't have a cork problem but somehow got overly hot very quickly and suddenly started melting at the bottom even when full and just starting to heat. If you buy one of these, always pay close attention to overheating issues, be extra careful with the plug, and consider it a short-lived product.
