The product was delivered as promised. I opened the package and all items were packed in a plastic bag. I recommend everyone to keep a plastic bag for added protection from water and spills, either when traveling or in case you have to get to the car in the rain. The screen protector had no other tools (other than a small cleaning rag) and you'll need a credit card once applied (expect lots of bubbles) to get rid of any bubbles. It takes time and patience, but it's worth it. The case is very easy to install and offers strong protection for your computer. However, this also increases the weight of your MacBook Pro. To install the lower case, follow the order given on the plastic bag and make sure you hear all the clicks. I highly recommend wiping down your MacBook Pro with rubbing alcohol before installing the case to remove any dust or particles that may cause aluminum to etch. The protective case is made of fabric and foam to provide an extra layer of security for your computer. You can put it in, and for long-term storage, there's a lid that covers the entire computer. The keyboard protection is also very good. It is very difficult to remove dust and particles from between the keyboard keys, a keyboard cover eliminates or minimizes this problem. There are some rubber dust pads in the package to fit your USB-C ports and headphone jack (total 5 plugs). I have them all installed except for one USB-C port, which I use to charge my computer daily. I put the extra part in a plastic bag (which I use for extra protection) in case I need it as a replacement. Finally, I noticed that the case provides additional protection for the MacBook Pro's screen, as the latches create some space to prevent the keyboard from being pushed into the screen and damaged. Price. I considered buying the items individually (case, keyboard case, screen protector, etc.) but it would end up being a lot more expensive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
