The 4mm white gold earrings fit my 1 year old daughter perfectly! I originally bought 6mm because I wasn't sure about the sizing but they were too big for her ears, 6mm was larger for adult sized studs. My daughter has been wearing gold earrings since she was 3 months old and after she was 1 year old. The year she was born she lost an earring so I looked for a good replacement with a back twist like her originals and they were so perfect! We love her. She has eczema and very sensitive skin so we wanted quality gold earrings and that was it. I highly recommend it.
