I bought these and used them in the washer and dryer. They really prevent clothes from getting tangled, remove static electricity and reduce drying time. I was skeptical at first, but I washed the fluffy, cozy lunging blanket. I usually have to run it through 2 dry cycles and it comes out with lots of static, but with washballs only 1 dry cycle and NO static at all. I've washed and dried a few shirts with long ties that usually get tangled in all clothes. NO entanglements this time. I would definitely recommend these balls to anyone looking for them.
