Review on MagicMail by Jacob Schmidt

I have been working with MagicMail for over 2 years and can honestly say they have been an excellent partner. They have been very flexible to our needs and have been very responsive. Their support team is also very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had to call them for support, but the quick response time is always great. I would highly recommend them. Our implementation was relatively simple and they helped us setup a very secure and robust email environment. I like that it is a turnkey solution. The interface is easy to use and the support is great. The service is reliable and fast. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. I would like to see more features on the product. I would like to see a better webmail interface and more robust spam filtering. I have been using this product for about a year and have been very happy with its performance. I use it for email, webmail, and calendaring.
