Travel size, fits in my carry-on. I chose this product over others because the wand bends slightly when you twist and squeeze it. This allows me to pump a slightly wider muscle width (e.g. leg, arm, back, under shoulder) with each roller rather than just an inch strip of muscle. If you are purchasing this product to roll up your nape area, please note that the section consists of multiple sections and your short or long hair may get caught in the sections. So I applied to the lower and middle part of the neck muscles and not the upper muscles near the hairline. This product is great for DIY curling and can also be used by someone else to save their fingers.
