I've been eyeing this way with sequins for a long time. The caveat holding me back was that it's unknown how clean it can be, but I finally decided to just buy it and I'm so glad I did. The shimmer of the sequins is beautiful; shiny enough to be a noticeable accent, but not so shiny that it looks like a piece of everyday decor. Also, my concerns about the transparency of the fabric were allayed as soon as I saw it in person. In the two photos I've attached I've shown the decorative side and underside of the slider, both times my hand was right behind it and it wasn't visible. I bought it in light gold. I'm so pleased with it that I'm going to get a second one to eat.
