This was my second purchase of these soft line hangers. They're not as "sexy" as the satin coated hangers, but I buy them to protect the shoulders of the leotards I want to hang AND to keep the clothes from falling off the hanger. Satin is slippery. It's not canvas. The hangers are well sewn and sewn well. My second order came with a broken hanger ie the inner support was broken. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and asked for a broken hanger to be replaced. Not only did I get a very quick response, he was also very polite and helpful.
