They just arrived, the zip snagged and then broke on the first zip after inserting the pad. Returns aren't worth the hassle, but I definitely encourage you to keep looking if you want a pillowcase that can be used more than once! To update. Shortly after this review was posted, the NTBAYHOME seller got back to me and offered either a refund or a free replacement. I opted for a refund, but I really appreciate their fast and sincere customer service! At least you know they're doing it right when you buy from them! Upgrade from 1 to 4 stars.
