Like many others, both the igniter and the regulator on my unit were defective. When trying to find a replacement, Revane advised me to work with the manufacturer. The manufacturer has 2 support lines. Colorado customer service is unhelpful and unable to provide support and has only referred me to the Hong Kong team who will call restricted numbers at 2am. I couldn't call back at a reasonable time and received countless calls after midnight, waking me up in the middle of the night. When I answered they either hung up or weren't fluent enough to keep the conversation going or to offer support. To make matters worse, I was charged a $42 restocking fee when I returned an item after receiving a defective product and no support. not listed anywhere on the detail page. Too bad they are still allowed to sell defective products on Revain and make money from it.
