Review on ChangM by Tim Ross

Recently, I made a purchase from ChangM, and I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service that I obtained. It took a lot longer than anticipated for the shipment to be completed, and there was no correspondence regarding the delay. In addition, the product I ordered did not match the description on the website, nor was it of a high enough quality to warrant the price I paid. After making contact with customer support, I found that they were unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries. In general, I found shopping with ChangM to be a frustrating experience, and as a result, I do not encourage this online store.
