It is very simple to use - you just need some basic knowledge of how polls work in general (and there are many tutorials online). The interface has been designed with simplicity as its first priority! Sometimes it can be difficult if something isn't clear at all from their documentation or FAQs etc., but I have never had an issue getting them sorted out directly through support@polljoytutoring/support-forums which goes straight into my inbox within 24hrs so that's brilliant!! You get what we believe will give our students best value by using poll joy rather than having teachers spend time doing this manually themselves each week (which would take hours!). We've used polling successfully across multiple countries around world including USA & UK markets where they don’t always speak English well enough for us personally because most people do understand ‘yes' / 'no'.
