I love these pillows! I bought 2 and sleep on them every night. Firm memory foam and super cool. I get hot when I sleep and when I wake up I just turn the pillow over and it feels cool. Supports my neck and upper back. I have upper and lower back pain and sometimes I put a pillow behind my back for extra support. Highly recommended!
