For a very cheap bedding set I am very impressed with its quality! The ceiling is not thick, but quite decent. I can always add more blankets if needed. There were no other reviews when I bought this and I was hesitant to order due to the confusing color description. There are THREE colors in the set no matter which one you choose, but there are FOUR colors in the cap. I took a risk I bought the burgundy/red/black/white but would return it immediately without opening it fully if it was burgundy which wouldn't work in the room at all. Happy to report it was RED and very similar to the picture. As a further comment, I wish manufacturers would find another way to make bed surrounds. All of the skirts I've seen require the entire king-size mattress to be removed and put back on after the skirt is on. I can't remove the mattress, it's too heavy. Just a thought!
