Review on Upgrade Your Wyze Cam 🌦️ with 3-Pack Weatherproof Mounts for Outdoor Use by Amy Thompson

I recently bought one of these mounts and I liked how it worked so I decided to buy more. I just want to clarify something about the mounts: they are weatherproof and even waterproof as they are mostly plastic. However, they do NOT waterproof or weatherproof your Wyze camera. The mount is basically a side cover... Well, if you think of your camera as a 6-sided cube, the mount only covers 4 of the 6 sides. Obviously the front remains open for the lens and sensor, but the bottom remains open. It keeps dust and small amounts of water from falling directly on the camera, but since it's not airtight I wouldn't recommend using it to place the camera in a totally open area. This seems to apply to all covers in this category. I don't think this design is bad or anything, they are basically all the same. Again, cameras are so cheap these days that perhaps taking a small risk is perfectly acceptable. Anyway these covers/mounts really give me more room to place my cameras and they definitely look razor sharp.
