Review on Sony MHSFS1 B Bloggie Camera by Tarus Clinton

We bought this item so that we can take high quality photos and videos of our children and easily share pictures with friends and family. However, we were completely disappointed in him and Sony's support team. The image quality of this camera is poor as the images are grainy and blurry. The camera does not have a flash, so images will be grainy when shooting at night. The next problem is that we couldn't get the Bloggie software to upload videos to YouTube or Facebook. As hard as we tried, we couldn't log in. We tried contacting Sony support but it was all online and we had to 'chat' with one of their representatives. It was an uncomfortable experience because the "chat" was very slow. It took forever before I got an answer. In any case, the camera didn't do what we expected it to do, which was to capture high-quality videos and photos that were easy for others to upload. The picture quality was poor and the software wasn't user friendly and didn't allow us to easily share photos with friends and family. We will return this camera to Revain.
