This alcohol-free moisturizing water from Elisabeth Mott is good for my dry and sensitive skin. It has a watery gel-like consistency. I usually apply it with my fingertips but use it on a cotton swab if I feel like I have makeup residue or dirt that needs to be removed after cleaning. It never burns and has a gentle, refreshing and moisturizing feel. It contains good ingredients for dry skin like sodium hyaluronate, butylene glycol, beta-glucan, panthenol and Japanese seaweed extract. I still use serum after this toner, but some may just apply a moisturizer. It contains mold extract from Aspergillus Ferment, which is used for lightening and may help prevent hyperpigmentation over time. I've used this toner about a dozen times, so I can't yet judge if this supplement is helpful. It contains artificial colors and flavors. While I find the scent light and pleasant, the ingredients in the scent are potential irritants and are classified by the EWG as moderate to high health risk. It also contains citric acid and oil with geranium stains, which can also cause irritation. But I have sensitive skin, no irritation. This toner is refreshing and also moisturizing which makes my skin feel comfortable. Pleases. 4 stars. Made in Korea.
