When I bought this product I expected more from a thin, almost packing tape. However, I was surprised to find that the blades are actually thicker and stiffer. There are 8 pads of the same size in the pack, they are thick but easy to cut. Leaves bend easily at an angle of 90 degrees. I've only had sheets for a few days, but in those few days my cat has never attempted to cling to the corner of my couch. I've tried several ways to get her to stop, including not using scratch spray and buying a notepad to keep near the corner. But it did not work. Then I looked at these sheets. Most of the ones I saw for sale looked like double sided tape. I didn't want anything sticky on both sides, even if it was a good deterrent. So I tried MiLoona pads. So far they have been great! The only thing I would like to say is that while the pads are sticky on one side, they are not sticky enough for certain fabrics. The pads also come with circular double-sided stickers to add a little extra stickiness. I would suggest using these stickers and maybe even double sided tape if you need an extra stick.
