At first I was excited about this backpack. Bought this for a long trip and was concerned about having to carry a large bag or heavy backpack. When I received it I thought the stitching looked good, the hole security looked good and I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I took it with me on a trip, didn't overload it and the strap ripped out of the top part even before I left the airport. I didn't have another bag with me so I had to buy it at the time of departure. To make matters worse, I just got back from a long trip and missed my return window by 48 hours! I believe there was a defect in that particular bag and another would probably hold up better. So crazy.
