I've just started using a standing desk and the wrist rest has become a must for me. There are so many different types that I was starting to feel overwhelmed, but when I saw this one I thought this would be the best place to start. Turns out I like having a tubular rattle for typing. I have mechanical keyboards and this is useful with any of them, from full sized to compact. I can also use it with a trackball along with my smaller keyboards (75% and 60% layout). The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that it's a bit shorter than my higher-end keyboards, so my hands sink into it more. This is just right with my rather average keyboard height. I would like to give it a grade of 4.5. I think about desk ergonomics the way Goldilocks thinks about cereal and beds, and I would recommend this wrist rest to anyone looking for padding and support for most keyboards.
