Because everything that works through our phones really is the only thing you need in a deck is bluetooth. Since this deck doesn't have a CD reader, it's very thin, which was great because I hooked it up to an EQ and then an amp, giving me enough room to run cables back and forth behind my deck. It was very easy to install and I had a tight fit on the mount. With a rubber pad on the front for removing the deck, it's really quick and easy, and I had to dig in there a few times and troubleshoot other issues. As others have said, bluetooth connects very quickly, within 1-2 seconds which is really good, my old bluetooth deck would take at least 60 seconds. The front USB charger is great, very useful for my old car that doesn't have one, I used AUX and it works well too. The microphone is decent, my wife had no hearing problems when I was not moving.
