Bought this for my daughter for Easter, it looked so pretty on her that she definitely got attention, it fit her perfectly and she said it was very soft and comfortable, she loves it and she has worn it a few more times since then she holds up well to normal washing with other laundry also definitely recommended 😊 she is 9 but she wears 12 dresses and pants sometimes 14 and she wears 14/16 in shirts around 90 kilos , I'm not sure what level I'm at. I'm 5'3' and it fits my shoulder the least, so I'm guessing somewhere in that range is 4ft 9 or 4ft 8
